"I booked this spa as they offer massages for kids, but my children ended up having other plans. The staff were very kind and did not charge any cancellation fee, which we really appreciated.
They also provided 2-way transport, which was very helpful since the spa is quite a distance from the main Nagoya area.
Our masseuses, Bella and Dewi, were excellent. My MIL prefers a gentler massage, and Dewi was very attentive and adjusted the pressure accordingly. She was also very observant, like when she noticed my MIL occasionally stretching her leg, she brought a small pillow to support it so she would be more comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, would try their spa services next time."
